职位要求与描述：
任职资格：
1. Min 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of system implementation and project management in banking or financial institutions
2. Solid experience in using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL & Shell Scripts
3. Proficient in Unix platforms environment
4. Prior experience in data warehouse application, online analytical application or client reporting application is a definite advantage
5. Prior experience in Wealth Management/Securities industry is a definite advantage
6. Must be independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
7. Able to communicate with people at different level
8. Good academic result or graduate from a prestigious university
工作职责：
1. Manage the project implementation in the South and East China region
2. Ensure that business requirements have been captured for their further action
3. Collect location specific requirements
4. Manage the outsourcing development work to vendor
5. Implement and encourage best practices across the region |
