职位要求与描述：
任职资格：
1、Degree holder in Finance and Economics, or Business or Marketing
2、Over 10 years work experience in which majority is in the investment field
3、Knowledge about insurance products preferred
4、Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
5、Excellent organization skill
6、Good business acumen, especially in the area of employee benefits
7、Strong command of written and spoken English & Chinese
工作职责：
1、Generate business results by careful deliberation of marketing and product approaches as well as effective communication plan to all involved recipients
2、Take charge in initiatives related to governance model and multi-manager structure
3、Take lead in product communications, investment and retirement planning education
4、Manage relationship & performance of internal and external investment managers and related vendors
5、Ensure timely delivery of all product initiatives according to plan
6、Develop and enforce a robust product communication platform to our distributors, which should include, but not limiting to product training, marketing angles and investment knowledge updates
7、Contribute to the departmental goal to acquire and retain mega clients |
