Requirements
-Bachelor degree in science or engineering is mandatory.
-At least 5 years work experience and at least 3 years mobile software project management experience is mandatory.
-Good understanding in software management methodology and best practices. Certificate, such as PMP, is a plus.
-Familiar with mobile phone HW, SW architecture.
-Familiar with mobile phone development process is a plus.
-Familiar with IOT and FTA is a plus.
-Clear and concise oral and written communication in both English and mandarin.
-Able to work independently and take responsibility under pressure.
-Proactive and confront attitude.
-Excellent team spirit.
-理工科本科以上学历；
-5年以上工作经验，3年以上手机软件研发项目管理经验；
-熟悉软件项目管理的方法，具有良好的实践经验。具有PMP证书者更佳。
-熟悉手机的软硬件架构；
-熟悉手机的软硬件开发流程；
-熟悉IOT 和 FTA；
-简洁清晰的中英文沟通能力；
-能够独立承担责任和压力；
-积极主动，实事求是；
-团队精神
Responsibilities
-Plan project in software area and support planning for the project.
-Leads software requirement analysis and feasibility study for the project.
-Leads project execution in software area, insure the software release on time, in quality and cost as planned.
-Leads change, defect and risk management in software area for the project.
-Leads subcontract management, monitor and control progress and quality of 3rd party delivery.
-Participate in software process and technique improvement
-支持整个手机项目计划制定，负责软件部分计划制定；
-领导软件需求分析和可行性研究;
-领导项目软件部分的执行，确保按时、按质、按量完成软件发布；
-领导项目软件部分的变更、缺陷和风险管理；
-领导软件的分包商管理，监控第三方软件的进度和质量；
-参与软件流程和技术的持续改进；
