Position Summary:
Delivering cost saving projects by process optimizing either from manufacturing process or from upper stream chemical material manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiating chemical material cost saving opportunity
- Searching potential business partner, chemical material supplier, institute, university etc
- Working with business partner for achieving cost reducing program
- Optimizing chemical material specification
- Integrating chemical material manufacturing process with the production process
- Efficient and on-time achieve cost saving targets
- Build and keep close connection with chemical material research and manufacture organization and enterprise
Requirements:
- MS. Or BS majored in Organic Synthetic, fine chemistry and fine chemical engineering.
- 5+ years experience in organic synthetic or synthetic chemical engineering. With surfactant, thickener and other personal care product relative chemical material synthetic and/or manufacture experience will be preferred.

- Develops business and personal relationships with people from other areas of the organization

- Clearly express opinion and ideas, verbally and in writing
