PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Cooperate with other departments. Arrange new project transfer reasonably base on the new product research condition and company' quality require. Insure deliver on time. And support manufacturing

department product efficiency improve and cost down.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
·Good communicate skill, with basal reading, writing and speaking English ability, good at oral and writing.
·Know about machine and basic electric knowledge; with strong tooling design experience.
·Know about quality system.
·With strong corresponding ability and team spiritual.
·ith strong analysis data ability.
·Familiar with pressing process and flow.

 
EDUCATION:

 ·Undergraduate or Above,
·machine, electron, tooling design major,
·English CET-4 or above.


 WORKING EXPERIENCE:

· Above 8 years in pressing.
· Above 3 years manage experience.

 
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

·carry/drag/push: none
·Stand/walk: stand and walk 20%
·Climb/bow/kneel down: none
·Machine operate: none
·Travel on business: some time
·Safety insurance: earplug


 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


·Insure company’s quality system execute in the engineering department, and do persist improve in practice.
·mprove and execute procedure, plan, and let it do it’s best.
·Use product exploitation and research procedure, manage targets put into practice.
·Correct every error that occurs in the exploitation and research activity. Usually evaluate exploitation and research activity and make propose
on process improve.
· New product cost calculate and BOM review, BOM system maintenance.
· Organize engineers do dies improve and new dies design.
· Develop new technology, cultivate continual improving skilled team.
·Consummate new project mass production ability, and transfer to manufacturing department smoothly.
· Associate QA complete CIP target.
· Leading new supplier certificate.
·Develop files which about quality system, other victory acquire and ISO quality system maintenance.
·Training and manage engineering department staff, evaluate their job achievements.
·According to company’s target, develop and definite every departments targets and schedule.
·Training new and old employee, improve working skill.
·Take correspond measures to solve the problem that occurs in exploitation and research activity, and make correct solve.
